Michael P. Daly
Chief Executive Officer
Michael P. Daly was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank in October 2002. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Daly served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending from October 1997 until January 2000 and then as Executive Vice President of the Company and the Bank from January 2000 to October 2002.
Kevin P. Riley
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Riley is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Riley joined the Company on August 1, 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Riley was Executive Vice President for Client Information and Relationship Management with KeyCorp where he was responsible for bank-wide customer relationship management, data governance and facilities. Previously from 1996 to 2002 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KeyBank National Association, Key Corp's flagship community bank and was a member of its executive team.

Richard M. Marotta
Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
Richard M. Marotta is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Marotta joined the Company in December 2009 and is responsible for credit risk, loan review, loan documentation, internal audit, compliance and to provide strategic leadership for the Company’s future growth. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Marotta has more than 28 years of sophisticated banking experience, most recently he served as EVP and Group Head, Asset Recovery at KeyBank, and has extensive career experience in credit and risk management, including asset based lending portfolios.

Sean A. Gray
Executive Vice President of Retail Banking
Sean A. Gray is Executive Vice President of Retail Banking. Mr. Gray joined the Company and the Bank in December of 2006 as First Vice President of Retail Banking. Mr. Gray is responsible for the development and implementation of all retail banking strategies, including branch activities and expansion, pricing, consumer lending, marketing, call center operations, facilities, product development and personal lines insurance. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gray was Vice President and Consumer Market Manager at Bank of America responsible for the sales and service operations of 31 branches in the Cambridge Massachusetts market. Mr. Gray earned his B.S. in Finance from Bentley College.

Linda A. Johnston
Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Linda A. Johnston is Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Johnston is responsible for overseeing and directing the Company’s human resources functions including compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, training, recruitment, development, executive compensation, and initiatives and practices that support the Company’s strategic direction. Ms. Johnston also serves as a key advisor to the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors and has been part of the Company for more than 27 years.

Patrick J. Sullivan
Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking and Wealth Management
Patrick J. Sullivan is Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, joining the Company in July 2011. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Banks and President of Legacy Bancorp. In his current role, he oversees all aspects of Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, which includes Investment Management, Estate Planning and Trust Administration. Previously, Mr. Sullivan served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Banking with Sovereign/Santander. Prior to that, he was Sovereign’s CEO New England, a $17 billion, 275-branch retail network. A graduate of Bryant University with a B.S. and M.B.A, he attended the Executive Management Program at Dartmouth College, Amos Tuck School.
